Cancellation conditions

Individual cancellations are free of charge until 6 pm on the day of
arrival
Cancellations after 6 pm will be charged at 80% of the total price
No-shows will be charged at 100%

Breakfast

  • Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 10 am
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 7:30 am to 11 am

Restaurant

  • Monday – Saturday 5:30 pm – 10 pm
    Sundays 12 pm to 2 pm and 5:30 pm to 9 pm
    Closed on Sundays from 31/10/21, provisionally until 01/03/2022

Swimming pool

  • Daily and by appointment 6:30 am to 10 pm

Sauna

  • Daily and by appointment 4:00 PM to 10 pm

Beauty and wellness area

  • Treatment appointments must be made in advance (no walk-ins),
    including on Sundays and public holidays
    Please indicate your desired treatment and the desired time during
    your stay directly in your booking.

Appointments

Important information about making an appointment
To ensure that we can guarantee your treatment in our wellness
area, we recommend that you make your appointment when you
book your room and let us know when the first appointment can
be allocated on the day of your arrival. For booked appointments
on the day of arrival, please arrive one hour before the start of
treatment. Unused services will be charged.
Our Beauty & Wellness area is also open on Saturdays and
Sundays. All treatments by appointment only. All previous price
lists hereby cease to apply.
